Enhancements to Mobile Options on the Sign-In Station

This feature is design to set parameters for the distance around the Sign-In Station to assure that Volunteers are logging in and out within range of their service.

When the checkbox is selected, set the parameters for the Sign-In Station based on the:

   Organization Coordinates
   Opportunity Coordinates or
   Custom Coordinates*

Once the coordinates are entered, you can verity the accuracy by selecting "Show Map"

*You can find coordinates to just about anything by searching on Google Maps and clicking on the Long/Lat values. 

 To see a complete list, click in window and full list will appear

To Search, start typing in window to see results

Item removed: For consistency, the ability to generate a QR code has been removed from the Sign-In Station editor but will still be accesses from the Main Grid for Sign-In Stations.

  🎉  Automation Enhancements to have a big impact on the overall performance for users!

The new Automation running indicator will show possible delays in the system due to an Automation currently in  process.

When this displays, you can go about your work as usual, you do not need to wait until it is complete.*

 
Another item you may notice is a toast that appears when an on-save automation is triggered. This message displays if your changes have triggered automated emails. It also appears on the main grid. If you did not ant to trigger and email, you can click "Don't Send". If you're not sure, you can click on "See Details."
