  • Automation: Ability to delete all References created from the Reference Portal. This allows you to fully automate a reset to a reference step.

  • Compliance: Enhanced Grid Columns added: Previous Affiliation Status, Previous Affiliation Reason, Previous Affiliation Expiration Date, and Previous Affiliation Compliance Status. You can now see original and renewed activity statuses side by side.



  • Grid Column Search: Enhancements to Multi-Select Drop Down Filters allows the selection of which value(s) you wish to include in the filter. The result will be a combination of the values selected.


     
  • Master Grid: Ability to view number of records by Grouping. If you wish to see how many volunteers meet the conditions in your grid, for example, it will show you the number for the group "volunteers."



  • Pie Chart: You can now set charts to display only specific, pre-selected values by default. Note: Excluded, Not Placed, and Legacy volunteers have been excluded in the chart below.


  • Organization Template: Ability to assign lateral relationships within the Template so that new organizations based on the template will always be affiliated to the correct organization for a workflow or Assignment Entry Point.



  • Import Tool: Ability to import all types of Org to Org Affiliations. This allows users import Lateral affiliations between Organizations such as Location and Program. Previously this only allowed Parent/Child relationships to be imported.

     

  • Web Postings: View now displays upcoming sign up windows in chronological order.


  • eSignature: Signature box save button more prominently displayed on mobile device.
