How to attach surveys to opportunities through Automations
To create the automation:
Click on Tools>Administrative Options>Automations
Click on the New button on the lower left-hand part of the screen
Make sure that Type is Opportunity
Create a Name for your AutomationEnter a Description (optional)
Click Next to set Permissions as needed
Click Next to set the Trigger. For example, we have it set to On Demand
Click Next to set the Apply To. For example, we have set this to be Any record(s) since we are going to make a grid of opportunities we want this to update
The final part is to click on Attach Survey and select the Survey we would like to attach to these Opportunities
