Have you every wished you could view hours by a custom field that you already track on Surveys? Well, now you can!
*This is an advanced setting and requires Administrative Access to configure.
Drop-Down Type Logged Data Fields (LDFs) can be used to track hours by using the Log Book Grid in Summary mode and filtering by your LDFs.
For example, the sample field "Uniform Size" is place on the grid below:
Then the Hours field is placed in the next column. In summary mode you can find the name of the field and sort by the values in the drop down field. It will give the sum of the hours.
