If you have an emergency we recommend you call us. It can be helpful to submit a ticket or send us an email with as much details as possible (see our article on writing a good support ticket). Why? When you call us we are going to open a ticket and document the issue. By starting that process before you call us we will already have a information to reference. Lastly, when submitting the item please type "URGENT" in the title or subject line.
