      Delete a record

      In rare cases you may need to delete a volunteer, opportunity, or organization record to keep your data accurate.

      How to delete a record permanently

      Note: if your volunteers try to log in and see the error "Record already exists in the database" check the recycling bin for duplicates as well as your main database.
